As a Bid Manager, you will lead and coordinate the preparation of compelling bids for a diverse range of innovative software solutions. Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Business Development Director, you will collaborate closely with Business Unit Directors and a team of subject matter experts. 1. Bid Identification
- Identify and manage new business opportunities.
- Research customer needs and market trends.
- Qualify opportunities to align with my clients goals.
- Monitor contract aggregators and procurement portals.
- Ensure search terms and CPV codes match my clients offerings.
2. Capture Management
- Develop and execute capture plans.
- Engage with potential customers early.
- Track contract aggregators and procurement portals.
3. Bid Strategy
- Lead bid strategy meetings.
- Develop winning bid strategies.
- Identify key points and create a value/benefits matrix.
4. Storyboard Development
- Create and manage proposal storyboards.
- Integrate key points and win themes.
- Facilitate solution workshops.
- Ensure key messages are communicated.
