This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance works across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling and associated support services.
The role: As a Payroll and Time Management Administrator you'll manage on-site payroll, coordinate Kronos system activities, and address pay queries promptly for smooth industrial relations and employee satisfaction.
Day to day, you'll be the MEH focal point for on-site payroll for all Blue-Collar personnel up to and including Superintendent.
1. Coordinate the payroll activity utilising Time and Attendance system, Kronos in accordance with approved procedures.
2. Resolve pay queries in an efficient and timely manner in support of harmonious Industrial Relations and general employee wellbeing and engagement.
3. Collate and record Lodge Forms to determine taxable status of employee's lodge payments.
4. Receive and input absence (sickness) records from Supervision.
5. Determine Fare and Lodge payments at Employee Commencement, and input entitlements in Kronos.
This role is full time 38 hours a week and will be based on site at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater.
Essential experience of the Payroll and Time Management Administrator:
1. Has worked in either a payroll department or managed high volumes of timesheets on a weekly basis.
2. Previous experience working in Engineering Construction or with complex National Agreements such as NAECI, JIB etc is desirable.
Qualifications for the Payroll and Time Management Administrator:
1. Solid IT skills across full MS Office Suite, excellent Excel and data analysis ability.
Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) for this role.
