* Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Completing bank reconciliations
* Sales and purchase ledger duties
* Processing invoicing
* Preparation and assisting with all month and year end duties
* Monthly Intrastat, VAT and Tax returns
* Resolve any invoice disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible
* Other ad hoc duties
* Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
Essential Criteria
* At least 2 years (+) experience in a similar role
* Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
* Excellent communication skills
* A positive can-do attitude towards work
* Great attention to detail
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Willingness to work in a small team
