RVT Group is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing team, your day-to-day objectives are to ensure that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently by prioritising workloads, picking and dispatching orders, maintaining a high level of housekeeping and to ensure inventory is managed. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth logistical flow of products, helping to meet our customers' needs. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential. You will work alongside other warehouse operatives to achieve our targets and ensure that our customers receive their orders in full, on time and to the correct specification. If you are motivated and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, then RVT Group is the place for you Responsibilities Pick and pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch. Professionally booking deliveries with suppliers Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring timely processing. Carry out quality control processes– complete a final check of all goods ready for dispatch. Adhere to QC measures that cover observations - correct items / quantities / quality Facilitate Inventory Management processes, stock takes, and ad hoc corrections when required. Effectively manage internal and external queries as and when they arise. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. General Housekeeping: Assist with other warehouse duties as required. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Existing fork truck qualifications are an advantage, but training will be provided. IOSCM or other equivalent warehouse/supply chain/logistics qualifications desired but not essential. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage. Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items when necessary. Understanding of health and safety regulations in the warehouse setting.
