Overview
As CoLab builds the ability to target audiences of HCPs and consumers, our sources of 3P data are evolving. The Paid Audience Strategy Lead's primary role is to lead the team working with Publicis Media teams, leveraging internal and external data providers to build these audiences to enable targeting in paid channels.
The Paid Audience Strategy Lead is a senior-level role and sits within the International Data Tech & Tools (DTT) team, reporting to the DTT Lead for International Markets (ex-US).
Responsibilities
The role is hands-on, of which the main tasks in the role include the following:
* Own and maintain the Audience Strategy – Paid media for CoLab International Markets
* Consult with our Clients (Pfizer marketers and their sponsors) and our internal (regional/global brand) teams to provide solutions to their Audience Strategy needs
* Manage a team of 2 – 3 Audience Strategists responsible for implementation and sharing their knowledge with respect to:
o Development of consumer insights using 3P data
o Building consumer audiences in 3P environments
o Partnering with US-based Insagic teams to interrogate US health data to build initial audience hypotheses
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will blend client management and leadership skills and a proven track record in using 3P datasets to build audiences, with a flair for development of data-driven insights to inform strategy and creative.

* Able to coach colleagues to enhance quality of brief writing

Skills & Experience – Required:
* Strong Consulting and Client Management skills, supporting clients through innovation & change
* Strong analytic skills
* Experience of working with syndicated partner data such as GWI or TGI
* Experience of working with ID partners such as Lotame, ITTime, Retargetly
* Experience working in a multi-market model
* A confident communicator, fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to collaborate remotely using tools like Microsoft Teams
* Skilled in cross-team collaboration with multiple internal and client-facing departments
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Experienced team leader
* Experience collaborating across multiple domains eg media, creative, data
Skills & Experience - Desirable:
* Familiarity with the pharma industry or consumer health industry
* Experience of working within a pharmaceutical marketing discipline & familiarity with the regulatory environment therein
