2nd Line IT Support Engineer | up to £35,000 | On Site 5 days a week| Brixworth

This is a perfect opportunity for a Formula 1 enthusiast who is an experienced IT Support Engineer. You will provide exceptional trackside support and have excellent customer service skills with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
You will receive all relevant training to be able to provide a high level of support.
Experience must haves
* Customer focused
* Windows 10 / 11 Operating systems / mobile operating systems
* Microsoft Office365
* Active Directory / Group Policy management
* Good knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN
* Knowledge of storage systems, performance, availability monitoring toolset
* Experience of working against deadlines and SLA’s
* Must be flexible and able to provide out of hours support on a rota basis
Skills and desirables
* Microsoft Certifications
* Cisco Certified Network Associate
* Interest in Formula 1/ Motorsport
