We have an exciting opportunity to join our catering team as a Chef de Partie, where you will play an important role in providing high quality food for customers, with varying dietary requirements.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the receipt, storage, handling and preparation of all foods meets current hygiene legislation.
You will be joining one of Oxford University's most international graduate colleges and has a unique mix of students: it is the University's leading college for students reading for degrees on a part-time basis and has a strong and vibrant body of full-time students as well. The College's wider academic community includes members drawn from across the full range of academic disciplines in the University.
You will have a level 2 in Catering or equivalent, have demonstrable experience of food preparation and cooking in a busy kitchen as a Chef de Partie or similar. You will be able to perform to good operational standards, adhere responsibly to health and safety legislation and guidelines, and have excellent customer service skills.
