Key responsibilities and tasks include:\n\nTo effectively lead and develop a team of Property Managers, ensuring each of the Property Managers within the team are working effectively, identifying training requirements and implementing change as required\nCarry out development audits as necessary to ensure Chaneys responsibilities are met\nManage a small number of key Chaneys client accounts, to include client meetings attendance\nManage performance effectively, recognising and rewarding good performance and ensuring poor performance is resolved effectively within a timely manner\nEnsure all monthly and quarterly reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner\nEffectively manage the customer relationship in the event of issue escalation\nTo liaise with the accounts department to ensure that the team are providing accurate financial management for their developments\nTo ensure all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is understood and adhered to by the property manager team, ensuring safety and compliance is treated with the high priority it deserves\nTo actively source new business opportunities \n\nQualifications and Skills:\n\nCandidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:\n\nMust have previous experience in a managerial position\nIdeally MTPI qualified (or must be willing to work towards)\nMust have experience in the residential property management sector\nA proven track record in customer service\nMust have a full UK driving license (maximum 6 points)\nEffective client handling skills\nMust have good negotiation skills and attention to detail\nA proven track record of budgeting and account management\nAn understanding of leasehold property legislation\nExcellent communication skills both written and oral \n\nApplication Process:\n\nAll applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions, and documented evidence of eligibility will be required.\n\nFor further information, or to explore more opportunities, you can visit Chaneys Chartered Surveyors on
