Job Title: EMEA Payroll Supervisor
Salary: £68K + Bonus
Location: Hertfordshire (1 day a week)
As EMEA Payroll Supervisor, you will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of a global payroll team while also managing and driving the strategy, process improvement, and transformation for the function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a dynamic global payroll function at an equivalent level.
2. Administer EMEA payrolls.
3. Provide subject matter expertise in both in-house and outsourced payroll.
4. Demonstrate strong communication skills and exceptional stakeholder management.
5. Effectively manage third-party vendors.
6. Be motivated and driven to succeed and develop within a high-growth organization.
