Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to join their team. You will play a vital role in nurturing relationships with key customers across various sectors, including Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Hospitality. Your focus will be on driving business growth by identifying opportunities for supply chain technology solutions and services, including Mobile Computing, Barcode Scanning, RFID, and Label Printing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through calls and other lead generation methods.
* Utilize and update the CRM system to manage customer information effectively.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the existing customer base to meet sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
