Recra are working in partnership with a leading recycling company in Leicester.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Being responsible for and coordinating the office and operational areas.
* Answering and transferring outbound calls.
* Welcome site guests in a warm and friendly manor.
* Arrange meetings and take minutes.
* Administration support for the Management Team.
* Provide supporting documentation for meetings.
* Use of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Help to prepare and dispatch reports.
* Managing stock control and ordering PPE.
* Support the management team in ordering and purchasing goods and services through Ultimo.
* Comply with all health and safety policies and promote our culture and ethos.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous administration experience.
* Good telephone manor.
* A warm and friendly personality.
* Good attention to detail.
* Be able to work as part of a team.
* Be willing to take on further development and tasks.
