Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administration support to the Hospital Speciality Training Department. Manage diary appointments and coordinate meetings. Handle correspondence, including sorting and responding to mail as appropriate. Assist with minute taking during meetings and arrange logistics for events. Communication and Relationship Skills : Maintain effective communication with staff at all levels, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Address inquiries from clients and stakeholders, providing non-clinical advice as needed. Planning and Organisational Skills : Book venues, speakers, and equipment for events in line with NIMDTA policies while ensuring value for money. Coordinate travel arrangements for Lead Educators and external visitors according to established guidelines. Quality Improvement : Participate in quality improvement activities within the department. Identify risks within the department and report these to management. Working Hours: Band 3 - Full-time position. Rate of pay is £11.67 per hour, with weekly payments and an expected rate increase to coincide with the National Minimum Wage.
