If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor About the Role In this inbound customer service role, you will manage (Apply online only) calls daily, providing excellent support and building rapport with customers by: Resolving queries over the phone. Setting up payment plans. Up-selling products and services. Creating new customer accounts using Five9 phone system and their management program. Key Details Hours: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Hours are fixed and cannot be adjusted. Workwear: Smart/casual attire.
