Needed experienced Wet Sprayer Uttoxeter st14Main duties will include:
* Preparing parts including sanding and filling
* Mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints
* Using HVLP pot gun to spray parts
* Ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay
* Checking for damage to any of the parts and immediately reporting them to the Team Leader
* Checking route cards are for the right part
* Ensuring protection on the part is correct
* Processing items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
* Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials and machinery
* Ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly
* Conduct basic reactive and preventative maintenance work on the equipment
* Monitor the machinery and promptly advise the Team Leader on any issues
* Complete and scan route cards
* General housekeeping duties
