Main Responsibilities:

* To develop and implement effective procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* To provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as facilities management or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
