Cochlear is looking for a Reverse Logistics Team Lead (Warranty and Repair) in our site in Addlestone on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient processing of shipments returned to Cochlear, whether they be for exchange, refund (RMA), device analysis, Warranty or Repair. This role is also responsible for the people management of the Reverse Logistics Coordinators. Main Accountabilities Provide leadership, direction and oversee the day-to-day workload of the Reverse Logistics (Weybridge) team. Maintain quality QMS documents for Warranty and Repair processes and procedures. Foster a continuous improvement culture, identifying where processes can be improved and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new process using LEAN methodologies and improvement project plans. Receive incoming repairs. Sort, check contents, and log accurately Prepare devices for shipping to the Global repair center Collaborate with Customer Service & Logistics to ensure low ‘end to end’ processing times Work with customer services & logistics to resolve customer complaints Processing of items returned to Cochlear, whether they be for exchange, refund (RMA), Device Analysis, Inter-company returns, Warranty or Repair Ensure all shipments that arrive are triaged same day and trackers are maintained Timely and effective case management Why choose us?
