Ramsey Community Support Hub- Project Support Worker
Ramsey Neighbourhoods Trust, a local community development charity, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Worker to help us run our programme of activities, events and projects for the Ramsey Community. This post is part time, 9 hours per week and can be worked flexibly but must be office based.
Accountable to: Ramsey Community Support Hub Project Manager
Hours: A 9-hour working week is required although some evening or weekend work may be required in order to support the project.
Office base: Ramsey, Cambridgeshire 25 Great Whyte PE26 1HG
Salary: 9 hours per week with a salary of £6622.20 per annum plus travel expenses including mileage as required. Salary is paid on last working Friday of each month. You will be expected to complete a time sheet. RNT is a member of the NEST Pension Scheme.
Annual leave: 28 days pro-rata per year which includes bank holidays
Contract: 3 Year Fixed Term
Job Purpose: To support the Project Manager by carrying out duties as outlined below.
Job Description
Clerical Support Deal with the day-to-day tasks of handling mail and email, filing and telephone messages.
Data Collection To collect/record and collate any Ramsey Community Support Hub associated data such as registers, feedback forms etc.
Report Writing Assist the Project Manager in the writing of reports as necessary
Publicity To produce flyers, adverts etc. to promote Ramsey Community Support Hub activities, including the use of social media
Finance To Create invoices, ensuring that expenditure/income is recorded for the approval of the Project Manager and that Finance Officer is kept updated of the project finances.
Activity Support Attend and support the Project Manager at regular activities and events as necessary.
