Experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator wanted at this busy franchised dealership in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspect of sales administration, including processing documentation, updating the CRM system, creating deal packs and liaising with the sales team to efficiently manage the sales process. Our client is looking for a candidate from the motor trade and with experience in a current role that involves interacting with customers by phone and email as well as a good working knowledge of standard I.T. software such as e-mail, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. You will need to be capable of providing excellent administrative support as well as being able to communicate with colleagues across all levels of the business. As part of a small team, you will need to work quickly and diligently to ensure that customers' requirements are met within agreed timescales.Salary on offer is up to £33000 depending on experience.
