We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our team in the Castle Bromwich area of Birmingham. Start 2025 with a new career in car sales.
As a Car Sales Consultant, you will have a minimum of 12 months face-to-face vehicle sales experience (we will also consider someone from a sales background outside the motor trade and train you the right way). You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to upsell, and a strong sales mindset.
Salary details: We can discuss the basic salary at interview and have 2 salary strategies: £18,000 plus a strong commission structure to enable earnings of £45,000+. Company car and health benefits. This is a full-time role, and we pay strong commissions.
Working Hours:
1. Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:00
2. Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00
3. Sunday (every other): 10:00 - 16:00
You will need a full UK driving licence, preferably clean, but with no more than 6 points. No previous bans.
As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be selling new and used vehicles and, if Motability accredited, these also.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels.
2. Conduct sales and product demonstrations to show features and benefits of vehicles.
3. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
