We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. The successful candidates will support our existing Anti Social Behaviour Team to prevent crime and anti-social behaviour in our communities whilst being supported to achieve a formal qualification. Once a foundation of knowledge and skills have been developed there will be the opportunity to progress to more complex cases.
What do our Trainee Anti-Social Behaviour Officer’s do;
To provide an opportunity for personal and professional development and contribute to the implementation of intervention policies designed to prevent crime, anti-social behaviour and the fear of crime for customers in the Group’s key areas.
To shadow and work closely with Anti-Social Behaviour Officer on actions to reduce crime and disorder in the Groups’ key areas by direct contact and develop links with key partners and outside agencies.
Manage own case load of lower level cases of anti-social behaviour
To promote high quality, customer focused housing and community safety services that are delivered efficiently, risk based, consistently, proactively and cost effectively.
What we are looking for;
Good standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English
Experience of working in a team
Customer focused and a desire to provide services to a high standard
An ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
In order to fulfil the requirements of the role candidates will require a full valid driving licence and be willing to travel across the north west.
