We are seeking an experienced buildings manager who can lead on all matters of maintenance, support on new building development and carry overseeing responsibility for H&S within Loch Arthur Community. If you are experienced in buildings management and maintenance, are flexible, organised and have a good understanding of health & safety we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time role.
Purpose and Scope of the Job:
To carry responsibility for managing the maintenance and repair of the built estate at Loch Arthur
To facilitate the development of new or changed use of buildings by leading, or being part of, task groups set up to carry the management of larger projects.
To act as the Community’s Health and Safety Officer, ensuring that all Loch Arthur H&S matters are dealt with in accordance with the appropriate Health and Safety Legislation and best practice.
To assist, as and when needed, with aspects of support within the life and work of the Community.
