Whether you're aiming to be a Teaching Assistant (TA), Cover Supervisor, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), or Supply Teaching Assistant (Supply TA), you can play a key role in our client schools' community.

Psychology Graduate Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in managing the classroom and engaging students in their learning.
* Work with individual students or small groups, particularly those with additional needs, to ensure they reach their full potential.
* Help implement learning strategies tailored to students’ needs, fostering a supportive and positive learning environment.
* Contribute to the social and emotional development of students through active engagement in classroom and school activities.
* Collaborate with school staff to maintain an organised and structured learning environment.
Requirements for a Psychology Graduate:
* A recent Psychology graduate with a passion for working with young people.
* Prior experience working with children (through volunteering, internships, or placements) is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills and a solid record of volunteer work or extracurricular involvement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Flexibility, patience, and the ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities in the classroom.
* An up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
