As an Early Years Development Adviser 0-7, you will join the 0-11 team, part of the Education, Inclusion and Achievement team within Children’s Services.
The schools and settings within the Borough are diverse, representing different communities and structures, all of whom share a determination for achieving excellent outcomes for children and young people. The Education Improvement Service has a successful track record of working in partnership with schools, academies, settings and other services to achieve rising standards.
A key part of the role is working directly with staff in schools and settings to promote outstanding learning and development opportunities for children aged 0-7.
You will also be responsible for developing and delivering professional development opportunities for a range of audiences.
This is a varied role with opportunities to work in a wide range of contexts and creative partnerships; as such, the successful applicant will need excellent communication skills, good organisation and emotional intelligence.
This post has been identified as suitable for flexible working which enables the postholder to work some of their working time away from the office subject to business needs.
This is a part time role of 22 hours per week and the actual salary for the role is £28,748 - £33,815.
