Product Support Investigator
About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Support Investigator to join our team in Dundee.
This is an initial 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log, acknowledge and assess alleged product deficiencies received from end users for adverse event reportability.
* Investigate and establish cause of reported issues.
* Take full accountability for personal workload and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
* 3 years experience within life sciences or similarly regulated industry (In-vitro Diagnostics preferred).
* Practical understanding of complaint logging and investigation of IVD Product Deficiencies per ISO 13485:2016.
* Experience with complaint management software (SFDC preferred).
* Ability to employ state-of-the-art Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.
* Capability to contribute to and perform Risk Assessments and Failure Mode Effect Analyses (FMEA).
What We Offer:
An estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
