Are you an enthusiastic Account Manager person, with experience in managing large National Accounts?
We are looking for someone to work with an established foodservice company, managing one of their Forecourt Retail Partners.
National Account Manager Responsibilities:
Building Business Plans: Collaborate with the National Account Manager and Retail Partners to create Joint Business Plans.
Relationship Management: Develop an integrated contact strategy to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring top-tier customer service.
National Account Initiatives: Assist in implementing initiatives to improve product mix, customer traffic, and basket size, while enhancing loyalty and client satisfaction.
Sales and Service Monitoring: Oversee sales and service, addressing and resolving any queries and issues that arise within the national account framework.
National Account Debt Management: Support the management of commissioned operator bad debt, in collaboration with the Credit Control function.
Project Involvement: Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
Professional Development: Take a proactive approach to personal development, national account management, and administrative tasks.
National Account Manager Requirements:
Driving Licence: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
Numeracy and Literacy: High levels of numeracy and literacy are required.
Education: A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in an FMCG retail customer-facing role is required.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships within a national account context.
Customer Planning: Capability to create and execute a customer plan that drives profitable retail and wholesale sales, focusing on national accounts.
