We are seeking a dedicated Tree Officer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing and maintaining our tree stock. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the health and safety of our green infrastructure while ensuring compliance with arboricultural best practices. This position is based in the North West and requires a full UK driving license. A vehicle and fuel card will be provided for work purposes. Responsibilities: Evaluate the tree stock to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met, keeping accurate records of tree conditions. Support the monitoring of arboricultural contracts to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Assist in planning both scheduled and ad-hoc tree works, issuing work orders to in-house teams and contractors. Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure compliance with data protection legislation. Periodically review arboricultural practices to ensure adherence to current Health and Safety standards.
