The Role As the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager, you will lead a team of IT professionals in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of a secure, resilient IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO27001 and other regulatory standards while overseeing IT operations, incident management, and security initiatives. You will work closely with the Group IT Director, acting as a key advisor and deputising when required. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure & Security teams (5 direct reports, 8 indirect) to ensure seamless IT operations. Drive compliance with ISO27001, ensuring all infrastructure and security measures align with industry standards. Oversee audit processes (internal & external), ensuring alignment with ISO14298 and regulatory frameworks. Manage incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution, minimising operational disruptions. Support and analyse penetration testing results, implementing robust security improvements. Own IT risk management, identifying vulnerabilities and enforcing security best practices. Provide leadership across IT teams, ensuring adherence to IT strategies and policies. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving innovation in IT security and infrastructure. What You'll Need Proven leadership experience managing IT teams in a regulated, secure environment. Expertise in ISO27001, IT security, compliance, and IT governance. Strong understanding of ITIL, system administration, M365, infrastructure, and networking. Experience working in a manufacturing or regulated industry (financial services, government, healthcare, etc.). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions under tight SLAs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly at senior levels. Why Join?
