Qualifications and Experience
Essential Criteria
1. CCAB part qualified or equivalent experience
2. Experience of working for at least three years in an accountancy role
3. Experience of preparing large and complex budget setting and reporting processes including budgetary control and forecasting
4. Previous experience in a similar role in the public sector
Competencies
Essential Criteria
1. Strong understanding of the technical application of the NHS payment scheme
2. Attention to detail combined with the ability to extract key messages from complex analysis
3. Ability to analyse and interpret information, pre-empt and evaluate issues, and recommend an appropriate course of action to address the issues
