Digital Product Owner Location: Hybrid (Occasional travel to offices in Hemel Hempstead) Contract: Outside IR35 Day rate: Up to 475 per day Duration: Initial 6 months Start date: ASAP Key skills: Digital, Ecommerce, A/B Testing, Customer Experience, Product Life Cycle The ideal candidate will have experience of driving products to the market from a B2C perceptive, having a strong background in digital customer experience. We are looking for someone who has the following: - Proven track record in Product Ownership (5 years) - Define product requirements and decompose concept features into workable user stories - Superior analytical, prioritisation, communication, organisation and negotiating skills - Must be experienced in full agile development practices - Familiar with Atlassian products especially Jira & Confluence - Is detail-oriented, cares about the product itself and makes sure it satisfies the customers needs - Collaborate with other Product Owners and stakeholders to develop the product vision and define the feature priorities Key responsibilities: - Produce the long-term vision and roadmap for the technical product stream. - Continuously review existing backlog in Jira for the technical workstream, identify gaps and update product roadmap. - Measure and track product value against aim through leading regular demos, scheduled at the appropriate cadence, with the relevant stakeholders to continually review developed product ahead of implementation to production - Liaise with other POs ensuring that dependencies cross-stream are identified, planned, tracked, and delivered as agreed for each of the planned releases in the programme roadmap
