1. Assisting in busy Estate Agents with a wide range of administrative tasks
2. Managing the reception area and greeting clients to the office
3. Advertising properties available for rental or purchase on a variety of portals
4. Maintaining tenant records and updating details held when needed
5. Allocating rent payments received to tenants account and chasing overdue payments
6. Co-ordinating annual gas and electricity checks and obtaining up to date certificates
