About this Neighbourhood Management Team Leader job in Canterbury:
The role of the Neighbourhood Management Team Leader is vital in our commitment to keep our tenants at the heart of what we do. In this role, you will:
•Manage a team of officers who provide efficient and effective professional services within the district in accordance with statutory and regulatory provisions.
•Ensure the delivery of a high quality, customer focused and responsive Housing Management service to tenants of Canterbury City Council
About you, the ideal Neighbourhood Management Team Leader for our team:
Your knowledge:
• Significant knowledge of social housing and of tenancy management.
• Significant knowledge of safeguarding, policy and process
Your experience:
• Managing and motivating a team to achieve successful outcomes
• Significant and demonstrable experience in multi-agency working
Your skills:
• Ability to think creatively and flexibly about a problem in order to find appropriate solutions
Your qualifications:
• Qualification in Housing Management or a related field or Significant demonstrable experience
Working pattern
• Full-time, 37 hours per week
• Flexible, hybrid working arrangements
• A full week off over Christmas in addition to your annual leave allowance
