We have a fantastic opportunity for a warehouse reverse logistics operative in the service logistics warehouse. You will need to have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in administration and warehouse management systems (SAP) and experience with a web portal would be highly desirable. To be successful in the role, you will be a great team player, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to focus on serial number/asset tracking throughout the whole warehouse process.
Successful applicants will be trained across all areas (e.g., Goods In, Stores, Despatch, Error-handling, Warranty, Reverse Line) of the operations within their first 2 years of development.
Monday – Friday working hours: 07:00 – 15:00 or 11:00-19:00 depending on the area worked.

What you’ll do
1. Receipting of components and devices received from field engineers from break/fix calls using multiple ERP systems to process those parts through the scrap, store, repair, or warranty routes.
2. Updating SAP accurately.
3. Correctly identify all vendor parts.
4. Working with our courier partners.
5. Checking the warranty on all vendors' web portals and accurately processing accordingly.
6. Managing the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
7. Using Excel to maintain the reporting for all vendors.
8. Maintaining the accuracy of serial and asset tracking.
9. Be meticulous when scanning components/devices onto the next stage of the process.
10. Maintain high levels of housekeeping.
