Exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join an award-winning and independent residential developer in the Hertfordshire area. The family-run business is looking for a number 2 to the Technical Director to help drive the team and projects forward.
Salary: £90,000 to £100,000 + Additional Package (Negotiable depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pro-active management style with capability to lead and coordinate the managers across a wider team.
2. Ability to prioritise and delegate effectively, negotiate, motivate, and communicate to influence others to meet objectives.
3. Demonstrate leadership skills including assertiveness, decisiveness, flexibility, good time management, and organizational skills.
4. Effective people management of direct reports, including goal setting, performance management, feedback, direction, support, and coaching.
5. Passionate about customer satisfaction, house building, and construction, with a focus on high standards and excellence.
6. Experience and knowledge of planning, financial, and legal processes.
7. A general background knowledge in property combined with a relevant qualification.
