Great opportunity to recruit a Leadership and Management Development Coordinator.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Leadership and Management Development and supporting a brand-new team, you will be responsible for an exceptional administrative and support service to all managers and leaders in the business on development and learning matters.
You will lead the co-ordination for a new ‘Brilliant Basics' management development menu, aligned with our vision, purpose and values. You will also co-ordinate our Corporate Induction programme and onboarding programme for all new entrant managers.
You will be part of a great team helping to shape the organisation's culture, providing the best possible learning interventions and demonstrate ROI.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
* Educated to GCSE (C) level or equivalent
* IT and Data Literate
* Be willing to work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard if appropriate
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communicator both written and oral
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Fantastic customer service skills
* Administrative experience or similar
* Experience of working in a customer-facing role
* Experience of working within a fast-paced and pressurised environment
