Volunteer Systems SupporterReporting to the Volunteer Systems & Process Lead, you’ll be part of a small, dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding support to all our users. Our role connects us with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisation and external providers, offering a valuable opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of disciplines within the National Trust.Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there’ll be an expectation for you to attend the office. You’ll configure pages in our volunteer portal (Blackbaud CMS/BBIS) using standard templates and HTML, ensuring the system is user-friendly and efficient.You’ll also create standard operating procedures and reference documents for system administrators, helping them navigate the updated processes.
