Role Summary A PR Account Executive role working on beauty brands within the No7 Beauty Company portfolio, which comprises No7, Liz Earle, Botanics, Soap & Glory and Sleek MakeUP. You will be part of a 12-strong team of PR and influencer experts at the Pharm. ‘The Pharm is a dedicated integrated agency team for No7 Beauty Company and Boots. The Pharm is made up of a cross section of experts in PR, influence, advertising and media from WPP agencies including Ogilvy, VML and EssenceMediaCom.’ You must have a passion for beauty PR and the influencer landscape, ideally with some experience in consumer PR already under your belt. You should also be someone with strong organisational skills, and comfortable with important administrative responsibilities such as coverage tracking, measurement and evaluation. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and be confident in juggling different projects, and managing different deadlines. We encourage innovative thinking and offer a platform for you to share your ideas Here’s what you’ll bring to the table Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrable passion for the beauty industry, and a keen knowledge and interest in beauty influencers and beauty media Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle projects Willingness to take on new challenges and learn Enthusiam to work collaboratively with both internal and client teams Strong attention to detail across all work, including covering tracking and reporting Good research skills and ability to think creatively Some experience in a consumer PR or influencer agency or in-house is preferable, but not required Key Responsibilities Responding to influencer and media enquiries Overseeing press and influencer sample coordination and requests Monitoring and tracking editorial and press coverage and paid influencer metrics Monitoring the news agenda, identifying media coverage and earned influencer opportunities for our clients Drafting press releases and media alerts for clients Pitching news stories to consumer and beauty media Supporting on press and influencer events, including scuring attendees and supporting on logistics Inputting into weekly and monthly client reports Support with managing paid influencer partnershps, including day-to-day liaison with influencer agencies Demonstrating a good knowledge and interest for social media trends and influencers to inform creative conecpts for paid influencer content Our ambition is to attract the very best diverse talent to Ogilvy, and to be the employer of choice in the UK.
