Key Responsibilities of a Regional Manager: Overseeing 6 Nursing and Residential Care Homes in the Middlesbrough Region. Continue to improve the standards and compliance within the Homes. Monitor the P&L, budgeting, ensuring profitability of the homes through agency reduction and increasing occupancy. Continually aim towards set performance objectives of the portfolio. Overseeing the Home Managers and work alongside the senior time. Work towards increasing the EBITDA of the services. Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority. Regional Manager Requirements: Experience in Senior Management essential – as Area Manager, Regional Manager, Operations or Director level. Track record of commercial success within the Care Sector. Strong track record of CQC inspections. Ability to effectively reduce agency and increase occupancy. Experience with Nursing and Residential Care Homes preferred. Ambitious and motivated individual. Strong leadership. Computer literacy.Benefits: Salary of £60,000, £7200 Car Allowance Performance bonuses – £3000 per year 36 days annual leave Opportunity to work one day a week per home.
