We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House, Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team. Working for one of our high-profile clients in East Kilbride, G75 0RD. STARS at Securitas provide a "two roles in one" service to our clients, their staff, visitors and customers. We combine excellent customer service across a wide range of roles including Reception Services, Front of House, Concierge, Facilities, Office Management/Coordination, Administration and third party vendor management and much more all combined with a discreet and vigilant security service.
* 45 Hours per week
* Monday - Friday, days only
* 10:00 - 19:00
* £16.75ph
Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
* Coordinate and manage internal and external visitors to the site, including assisting them with travel logistics help and ensuring all visitors, guests and employees are inducted to site
* Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)
* Management of building access control systems and employee access cards
* Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, etc.) is visually of a high standard
* Oversee UK purchasing and logistics process, including site ordering - kitchen, stationary, gifts etc
* Coordinate site staff meetings, minute meetings and update relevant metric material
* Create and manage ISO and internal audit UK site compliance material
* Act as employee engagement & communication manager with specific tasks including - plan bi-monthly UK communication meetings, draft internal and external promotional material, coordinate employee feedback sessions and internal social media
* Event management - for employees, industry events and external visits to the UK
* First aid and Fire Marshall duties
* Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
* Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience
* Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
* Assist in emergency situations
* Provide timely and accurate information
