Commercial/Office Division
We are looking for an organised individual to join our client as an Office Administrator. Working to support multiple departments, you will be using detail-oriented skills to maintain accurate records, manage databases, set up equipment for new starters, and ensure the efficient day-to-day running of office operations.
Based in Kidlington, this role will be Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Duties of the Office Administrator role:
1. Complete data entry tasks.
2. Keep and maintain up-to-date records.
3. Provide cover for the purchase ledger position during absence or leave.
4. Assist with tracking of employee hours and timesheets.
5. Generate a live client contact list.
6. Maintain information relating to sickness, holiday, and training completion.
7. Update vehicle and driver databases.
8. Order office supplies.
9. Ensure compliance and documentation is complete and recent for ISO.
10. Manage booking of meeting rooms.
Personal Attributes:
1. Excellent organisational skills.
2. Strong attention to detail and accurate working.
3. IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
5. Experience within a similar Administration role.
Offering £27,000 - £28,000 per annum and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a busy company being integral to the functionality of the company.
