This growing HR-Tech is looking to add to their Client Success team as part of their ongoing expansion! Join a fantastic, upbeat team and deliver customer delight at every contact point.
Critical to this role is working with the wider functions to deliver successful customer outcomes. Your supporting strategy team, insight team and sales team will support you to ensuring every aspect of the customer journey is optimal. You however are the glue that joints it all together!
Work with clients to create, implement, execute and assess business wide employee surveys. Use the insight gathered to work towards client objectives and grow the relationship!
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a customer success role, working with large of enterprise clients.
2. Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
3. Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
4. Strong organisational skills, experience in project management would transfer well
5. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
