Description Develop and lead the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and other industry standards. Drive cultural transformation by coaching and mentoring teams, embedding quality principles across all levels. Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce defects, and enhance product reliability. Utilise data analysis to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and communicate performance metrics to leadership. Profile What We Are Looking For This role demands a hands-on leader who can navigate complexity, communicate effectively, and inspire teams. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive solutions. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards. Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives, preferably with Lean or Six Sigma certification. Desirable Experience in bespoke, engineer-to-order manufacturing or construction.
