Receptionist & Office Assistant - What You'll be Doing:
The Receptionist/Office Assistant role is responsible for managing reception, greeting visitors, handling phone calls and providing general administrative support. This position requires excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
2. Answer, screen and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel;
3. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers;
4. Maintain reception and shared areas (such as meeting room, kitchen, stationary room) tidy and presentable at all times;
5. Process expenses for office administration;
6. Order office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked;
7. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and service requests;
