In addition to your leadership duties, you'll take on active product marketing and management responsibilities for exciting new product area within our Production portfolio, crucial in launching new exciting technologies. What we ask Lead and support a small team of Product Managers to deliver key marketing strategies Oversee team performance, development, and wellbeing. Foster intra-portfolio alignment and cross-departmental collaboration. Contribute to Marketing Management team discussions and strategies. Conduct market analysis to set business targets and manage the product budget process. Report on product profitability, including revenues and units. Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve objectives. Manage product lifecycle, from launch to exit, and collaborate on lead generation activities. Represent the product portfolio at internal and external events, meeting customers and being the product advocate Actively manage one product group with targeted campaigns and initiatives. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders. You will need Proven track record in B2B Marketing, particularly in Product Marketing within the Technology sector. Experience with direct and indirect sales teams, including distribution and e-commerce. Proactive and able to deliver within agreed timeframes. Passionate about Product, Marketing, Technology and delivering a great experience for internal and external customers Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience in Salesforce, PowerBI, and other tools. Creative and analytical approach. Budget management experience (P&L and revenue targets). Excellent relationship-building and networking skills. Strong communication skills.
