What does the job entail? A car accident can be a traumatic time for all parties involved. This role supports both Hastings customers and other affected parties when an accident is not their fault. As a Hire Monitor Handler, you will provide vehicle repair and car hire solutions to the non-fault party, and deliver an excellent customer experience that demonstrates Hastings’ market-leading customer service. You will learn basic legal liability and insurance indemnity outcomes, and how to value/negotiate customer losses to keep claims costs to a minimum. This role will include servicing inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers, providing a professional service. What are we looking for in the ideal candidate? The ability to objection handle and demonstrate resilience whilst ensuring you provide a great customer experience. Proven ability to problem solve, remove blockages, and handle customer complaints effectively. Committed to self-development and enjoys working as part of a team.
