Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join a highly regarded Prestigious Main Dealer in Hertford. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a leading automotive brand in a professional and supportive working environment.
What's on Offer:
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic + bonus up to £7,200 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Weekends: Saturday on a rota (1 in 3 or 1 in 4, depending on the month)

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
Carrying out routine maintenance and inspections with a focus on quality and efficiency
Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical faults accurately and promptly
Working collaboratively with the service and parts teams to ensure seamless workflow
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Keeping up to date with the latest technical information and training provided by the manufacturer
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a Main Dealer or Prestige environment
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work with modern vehicle systems
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A valid UK driving license
