Production Operative

The Company:

As a Production Operative, you will be part of a team that plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth running of their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake production tasks as directed by the supervisory team.
2. Operate machinery and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
3. Prepare recipes and handle raw meats, ensuring proper hygiene practices.
4. Monitor the production process, ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Assemble and package products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
6. Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
2. Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
3. Must be comfortable preparing recipes and handling raw meats.
4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and understand instructions.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Contract Details:
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: £12.50 an hour
Monday - Thursday
Working Pattern: Full Time, 07:00 - 18:00
