Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Dental Nurse to join Clarendon Health. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, assisting our OFM Surgeon during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. This position requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a strong commitment to patient welfare.
Duties:
* Assist our OFM surgeon during examinations and treatments, including excision of face & mouth lesions and extraction of teeth while ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
* Provide high-quality patient care by reassuring patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Requirements:
* Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
