About The Role You would be reporting directly to the Head of Company Secretarial and support all administration tasks for the team. Key responsibilities: Support the drafting of board minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents and forms. (include examples such as buy backs etc) Assist in ensuring compliance with company law, including the Companies Act and other relevant legislation. Maintaining the statutory record files for clients registered at Companies House. Assisting in the preparation, review and submission of formal documents to Companies House, such as Confirmation Statements. Liaising with our third-party storage provider to ensure records are stored and filed correctly. Taking responsibility for individual assignments, ensuring the effective and timely delivery and the quality of service meets the firm’s aims. Ensuring that the firm’s systems and processes are followed by all team members who undertake Company Secretarial work. Success in this role will look like: A fluently functioning team who are receiving consistent and well-delivered operational support. A Company Secretarial team delivering an operationally effective and positive experience for our clients in every interaction they have with the firm, reflected in positive feedback and client NPS and greater client advocacy.
