The Role A varied role involving: Providing technical support and advice to the team. Staying updated on legal changes. Updating training for fee earners. Managing client matters, taking clear instructions, and offering tailored advice. Supervising support staff, including Secretaries and Paralegals. Participating in marketing and business development. Managing financial control, focusing on accurate time recording, cash flow, and billing. Meeting CPD requirements and identifying training needs. Ensuring compliance with SAR, SRA Code of Conduct, and Lexcel standards. Sharing knowledge and ideas across the team and firm. STEP qualification or willingness to study for it is desirable. Experience in team management is a plus.
