Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify data-driven improvement opportunities and assist in executing operational excellence projects. Manage Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance schedules and track activities via CMMS to ensure optimal equipment performance. Track Spare Parts: Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for minimal downtime. Assist in Project Support: Help prepare business cases and technical specifications for improvement projects. Sustain Performance Management: Support performance management processes (SIM meetings, handovers, daily/weekly/monthly reviews). Who You Are: You are a proactive, solutions-focused individual with experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments. You have strong organisational and communication skills, are self-motivated, and excel in driving continuous improvement. Willing to travel to GB periodically for training and alignment across the Atlantics region. Experience in maintenance management, ICT systems, and CMMS. Track record of delivering improvements in safety, PPM, and plant performance. Background in automated systems (food mills or similar industries a plus).
